Russian antitrust seeks 5.5% growth of public utilities payments
ST. PETERSBURG, May 18 (PRIME) -- Russia’s Federal Antimonopoly Service has proposed curbing growth of households’ payments for public utilities services by 5.5% from July 1, 2017, Deputy Director Vitaly Korolyov said at an energy forum on Wednesday.
“Last year, for example, we have a 4% index of people’s payments approved by the social and economic forecast… We do not know yet the index for next year. For our part, we have proposed a higher index of 5.5%,” he said.
